TAIBA, in partnership with Rixos, is developing the first all-inclusive beachfront resort in Saudi Arabia—Rixos Obhur Jeddah. Slated for a 2025 opening, this 250-key luxury property will include villas, suites, a children's club, marina access, gyms, and a mix of indoor and seaside dining options

A promising destination that will blend elevated comfort with innovation in a vibrant and future-driven environment.
Waldorf Astoria Hotel Al Madinah
Overlooking the northern side of the Prophet’s Mosque, this future luxury hotel is being prepared to operate under the prestigious Waldorf Astoria brand by Hilton. Designed to offer an exceptional level of comfort and service, the hotel will feature around 300 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, delivering a refined hospitality experience in one of the most significant locations in Madinah.
Madinah Logistics Campus – Al Madinah
Located in Al Madinah, this logistics complex is designed to support TAIBA hotels and other hospitality properties across the city. The project features staff accommodation, a central kitchen, a central laundry facility, smart warehouses, and an administrative building, spanning 55,677 sqm to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen hospitality services in Al Madinah.
