Taiba had promoted ARAC company which approved to be established with subscribed capital of SR. (50) millions of which Taiba participated of SR. (25,296,950) millions equivalent to (50.6%).

The Arab Resorts Areas Company (ARAC) was established as a Saudi joint stock company on 23/12/1417Hr. corresponding to 30/4/1997with a capital of (50.000.000) Fifty million Saudi Riyals. B. ARAC presents these activities through the following:

1. Taiba Residential Suites:

Taiba Residential Suites located at Taiba Residential and Commercial Center with its two Eastern and Western towers, directly facing the Prophet’s Holy Mosque from the Northern side, Haram front.

Taiba Residential Suites contain (721) spacious suites, distributed between the two towers as follow:

• (360) Apartments in the Eastern tower distributed into (13) floors.
• (361) Apartments in the Western tower distributed into (14) floors.

These suites are different in sizes and designs. They provide the essential requirements for (Arac) Lodgers, in addition to providing the highest standards of Hotels courtesy and services.

In addition, (Arac) provides the following:

• Airport pickup from / to Prince Mohamed Bin Abdulaziz Airport at Al-Madinah Al-Munwarah.
• Parking area for Taiba Suites customers.
• Drivers’ rooms directly connected to the suites by a telephonic network.
• Special rooms annexed to the suites for the house – maids.

2. Arac Hotel (Al-Ula):

Arac Hotel Al-Ula is the only luxurious tourism lodging in the area of Al-Ula. It has been constructed in an area of (45.000) m2. The operation has started in the mid of the year 2000. It is equipped with the best hotels requirements, managed by highly qualified staff to provide the most distinguished services for its Guests and tourists.

The Hotel contains (50) units supplied with the needed requirements and utilities with an internal garden, which provide a natural atmosphere to the Hotel guests. This garden contains internal passages. At the center of the garden there is a tent hall, which is considered as a guest gathering.

The Hotel also contains splendid restaurant at an area of (550) m2 directly facing the internal garden, the wide hall at the restaurant satisfy guests and groups requirements & taste of local and intercontinental cuisines.

The restaurant also provides rooms services in addition to banquets for different occasions.

The Bedouin Tent with its heritage touch has added to the general sight of the hotel, a distinguished look; it has been designed with an Arabic Bedouin style rich in colors derived from the old tradition to give a magnificent masterpiece. In addition to that, it gives a sense of a complex atmosphere of the deep-rooted past and the modern architectural evolution.

ARAC Al-Ula Hotel also contains other constituents such as:

3. Arac Resort Yanbu:

Arac Resort Yanbu has been constructed at an area of more than (30.000) m2, the build up area of the chalets is (4.500) m2, with a total of (40) chalets, with different sizes, ranges from one to three bedrooms duplex villas fully equipped and luxuriously furnished.

The project also contains the following vital supplements:

1. Scuba Diving and Sea Sports Club: this club has been built in an area of (1200) m2, composed of:

• Swimming pool provided with a cafeteria for fast foods and beverages.
• Sauna, Jacuzzi and steam rooms.
• Sport games lounge.
• Administration building.
• Boats marina.
• Boats maintenance workshop.
• Beach view cafeteria.

2. Health Club for Ladies:

It is designed on the basis of top level of privacy, and consists of closed sport lounge and swimming pool in addition to Sauna, Jacuzzi and steam rooms.

3. Beach view sittings area:

It is designed to provide free sittings area surrounded by plants and shrubs facing the magnificent Red sea.

4. Services facilities annexed to the chalets:

5. Hajj and Umrah Services:

Arac offers Hajj and Umrah services as one of the pioneer companies licensed to provide Hajj and Umrah services. Arac offers these services through its main office in Al-Madinah Al-Munwarah and branches, in Makkah and Jeddah.

Arac also arrange the internal transportations and accommodations for Pilgrims and the Mu’tamireen (performers of Umrah) in Al-Madinah Al-Munwarah from their arrival till their final departure after the full completion of their duties.

Arac poses the complete constituents as it handles and operates Taiba Residential Suites (Eastern and Western Towers) facing the prophet’s holy mosque in Al-Madinah Al-Munwarah; moreover, Arac provides an air-conditioned transport facilities, as it has contracted with some leading companies in this field, as well as cooperating with the best hotels in Makkah and Jeddah to accommodate the pilgrims and the Mu’tamireen during their stay in these cities.
